Please hide the 'other' expiry textbox if one uses the dropdown, akin to the local blocking form.

These are low-priority miniprojects that I can mop up at some point when I'm doing general code work as opposed to working on a specific projects.

Not a bug -> enhancement (personally I think that this behaviour is annoying and preferred the old Special:Block, but it's true they have to be consistent).

This has half been done, but it's broken.
