Description guaka 2005-04-04 19:13:56 UTC Creating a new username that is not capitalized doesn't work. Instead MediaWiki tells there was no username entered. It worked fine on the English Wiktionary (which doesn't distinguish Capitalized and non-capitalized words AFAIK).
