It'll be great to have watchlist-like functionality in Bugzilla.

Yes, e-mails are sending when something changed, but it's not possible to have handy list with bugs you are interested in but you are not original requester.

Isn't the 'vote' feature doing that? See below, in the right "Related actions" box.

You can vote for a bug to receive e-mails for bugs that are not yours. Additionally you can add your e-mail address to the CC (done automatically on changes/posts), but voting is preferred (silent).
