i found the above software (template?) "DANFS"

This template works well in english language
It also works in german language, but the translation is wrong. It does not state the public domain status of the source and it also gives a wrong link

e.g. for U-117
 {{DANFS|Dictionary of American Naval Fighting Ships]]|title=U-117">http://www.history.navy.mil/danfs/u1/u-117.htm|publisher=[[Dictionary of American Naval Fighting Ships]]|title=U-117}}

engl version gives correct url :
http://www.history.navy.mil/danfs/u1/u-117.htm

german version results defect url :
http://www.history.navy.mil/danfs/http://www.history.navy.mil/danfs/u1/u-117.htm/%7B%7B%7B2%7D%7D%7D.htm

i dont know about programming these template, i would have tried to fix the problem myself
maybe u know someone to fix that problem
