On Special:NewPages, pages that have been moved by administrators with redirect suppressed are still listed as unpatrolled pages. The only way to remove the listings of those pages before they expire is to recreate the pages, mark them as patrolled, and tag them for deletion as test pages. I have created about a half-dozen such pages in Wikipedia in the past few days, and, in one instance, because the original administrator had also protected the page against recreation, I had to ask him to perform this task himself.
Please see http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:NewPages&offset=200903230423&limit=1 for an example of a NewPages listing that does not have an actual page.
