Only the last edit is shown on the normal watchlist, but by block are all events shown, this is not the normal behavior of the normal watchlist.

Please show only the last logentry from each logtype in the watchlist.

What is the non-"normal watchlist"? What does "by block" refer to here?

The "normal watchlist" refers to the default watchlist which was at the time of bug report the "old watchlist" (just one row per changed page and no grouping, technical: perferences extendwatchlist = 0 and usenewrc = 0)

"by block" just means that when one or more blocks appears on the watchlist, that all these blocks are shown and not the last one
