Currently we're using external tools to monitor uploads - it'd be nice to allow AbuseFilter to look in file metadata on upload and reject or warn based on what it finds. We do things like checking if the metadata points to AP or Getty Images - that's a simple string comparison, so could easily be brought inside MediaWiki, I think. I've CCd Platonides since he knows about what we actually want to be checking here.
