On http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseFilter/test/13 for example, just hitting "Test" immediately gives you a blank white page (& sends to you Special:AbuseFilter/test).

<Skizzerz> Mike_lifeguard: blank white page == php fatal error ;), I just somehow happened to get a detailed wikimedia error page the first time I did it which is how I got the file, line number, and error message
