Please remove the giant mess on URLs like the above starting at

<p class="specialbasic" id="Latin" style="display:none">

If you can't stand looking at it, then you can expect text browser
users to can't stand it even less.

You could make something like this available from the 'editing help'
link, or add a link to action=edit&extrahelp=1

This is about the giant list of edittools on mediawiki.org which uses javascript and css, not a MediaWiki bug.
PS: I would consider the text browser poor if it doesn't support display:none css.
