vim filetype and colorscheme support

The attached patch is a simple (in keeping with the original extension) modification to the SyntaxHighlight_vim plugin to allow chosing the vim filetype and colorscheme using "lang" and "colorscheme" attributes in the <syntax> tag.

The original author no longer maintains this extension, and requests that patches be submitted here.

I realise this isn't in the correct component, but there isn't one for the SyntaxHighlight_vim extension, and this is the closest match.

Applied in r49586. Thanks.
Comment 2 Brion Vibber 2009-04-28 23:48:37 UTC
I don't see any validation on input here; looks like a shell injection vulnerability.

Adding "reviewed" tag per comment 1 and comment 2.
Comment 5 Andre Klapper 2012-06-02 09:47:11 UTC
Note to myself: This report is still open because the patch commit (comment 1) was reverted in r51425 (due to comment 2).
