This page should have the same format per-line as Special:Contributions since it is essentially the same information. As well, the rollback links should probably be removed and simply /replaced by/ the examine links. Having "[rollback] (examine)" is just asking for people to make mistakes.

Equally, this should be paged if we can actually examine edits from further back than whatever is shown on /examine (last 500 edits or something, looks like).

It's formatted like Special:Recentchanges. Rollback links removed. Requests for paging being opened as a separate bug.
