There's a brief note on bug 17807 about how to start the current incarnation of the morebots IRC bot for updating the server admin log, but there's no documentation on wikitech about it, nor is there an init script for it -- as a result it doesn't start on boot.

Should add a doc page and slip the startup into rc.local on the wikitech host.
