Description Purodha Blissenbach 2009-03-07 11:31:24 UTC
MediaWiki:revdelete-suppress-text could or should be extended by:
- "publication disallowed by court order"
- "picture taken in an inappropriate context" (in Europe, at least, applicable for newer photographs due to several recent court rulings)

I think this is against the current trend of trying to avoid specific policy-related information in the messages. We try to provide a general overview, but individual wikis are free to customize it as they wish.

In this case: I don't believe it's our place to be giving information regarding the law in a message like this. It's not our place to do so (nor is it necessarily applicable in all situations). The current text of the message is giving information that is not in regards to legal situations, but just general common sense. Suggest WONTFIX.

WONTFIX per comment 1.
