Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Curious why on my zh-tw site, every page view still causes a read of
MessagesZh_hans.php, even after applying
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Code/MediaWiki/47908

Ah, some some names are still missing, e.g.,
# grep skinname-monobook MessagesZh_*.php
MessagesZh_classical.php:'skinname-monobook'    => '單書',
MessagesZh_hans.php:'skinname-monobook'    => 'MonoBook',

One would hope if all strings are finally present, maybe that would
finally stop the open() on MessagesZh_hans.php.
