Some emails about changed talk pages arrive twice, with different message ids. (Also, they are apparently held up for hours at wiki-mail.wikimedia.org.) An example (from hu.wikipedia, User:Bitman):

I'm getting watchlist (not user talk page) notifications from Meta twice too. Don't have any message IDs lying around though, because I deleted all those notification e-mails.
