Patch for single namespace search

I made a patch for the case that only one namespace is given,

then there is no checkbox and the input for the namespace has the type hidden

Patch file seems to have corrupted newlines.

What ever the problem with the patch is

I'd like to provide a solution for the problem that there appears a single checkbox when there is only one namespace given. When you have an idea for a better solution so please make it better. I have no experience with PHP and it's 5 minute coding to have a solution at all. 

But like I see nobody cares about this

changes for namespace behaviour

This patch contains 3 changes
1. When only one namespace is given hide this checkbox
2. Surround checkbox and label with div to tie them together so they won't split in two lines
3. adding some pice to Extension Description
Please review and applay
