Description Oliver Kuhl 2005-03-24 06:58:56 UTC
The german name of the month march ('März') is displayed wrong. Simply '23.
M?2005' is shown - even in source-code.
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spezial:Recentchanges displays everthing fine: '23.
Mär 2005'.

Brian suggested in the mailinglist, that "It sounds like a problem with
double-conversion in the Latin-1 mode."
