So we can use the new magic word GENDER to personalize messages according to the target user's sex, the username should be available in several messages in Special:UserRights.

For Spanish, these messages need that parameter:

* userrights-groupsmember
* editinguser (already has it)
* userrights-groups-help

But for other languages I don't know. Maybe it would be safer to add the parameter to all of them.

Thanks.

Closing this bug as userrights-groups-help was done in r107882, and I did userrights-groupsmember in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/7353/

I don't think there are any UserRights messages left that need gender support. And else, this bug can be reopened.
