I have no idea what it is talking about, I have not idea why it came to me. Is there a problem?

Thank you

This is not a bug in the software. Somebody ([[User:ESanchez013]] in your case) added that box to your user talk page. If you're confused, ask them why they did it or look on your talk page to see if they've left an explanation.

Note You need to log in before you can comment on or make changes to this bug.
