What exactly is the problem on mkwiki. Nothing is jumping out, and it certainly isn't garbled. On arz, I do see the disconnected tabs at the top though.
For mk, the problem seems to be a broken Sitenotice. Removing the additional < /div>-tags at the end of http://mk.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%D0%9C%D0%B5%D0%B4%D0%B8%D1%98%D0%B0%D0%92%D0%B8%D0%BA%D0%B8:Sitenotice&action=edit should fix it.
