Attachments Add an attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)

Description Brad Jorsch 2009-01-29 14:29:40 UTC r46460 introduced a "tag_summary" table, but did not add it to the database definitions or update.php script for databases other than MySQL. Visiting a non-existent page, a page history, or whatever else tries to use that table now gives an internal error. Comment 1 Alexandre Emsenhuber [IAlex] 2009-02-20 09:16:35 UTC was fixed in r46875.
