The extension "collection" is missing from bugzilla.

The help page is empty although a translation exists.

Possibly, an automated install routine for help pages is missing.

Update summary.

Please file a *separate* bug for the issue you are reporting, so that it can be tracked more easily. We will add the "Collections" component to bugzilla soon, and you can reassign the bug's component then.
