{{PLURAL:}} does not get expanded because of change in r46151 in CategoryPage.php

wfMsgExt() does not expand magic words unless explicitly told to.

The patch is attached.

Any chance that this fix will be installed on Wikimedia?

It will be live the next time that the software is updated on Wikimedia, but dunno when this will happen :)
