Please alter the configuration for the en arbcom wiki to allow the crats to also remove 'sysop' and 'bureaucrat' groups.

I think that requires adding the following to the InitialiseSettings.php 'wgRemoveGroups':

    'arbcom_enwiki' => array(
      'bureaucrat' => array('bot', 'sysop', 'bureaucrat')
    ),

I rolled out this change, 'crats can now revoke the bot, sysop, and 'crat role of users on EN Arbcom Wiki
