I'm looking to get a list of all pages with actual content..   Not including redirects, categories or disambiguation pages.  

Given these pages already exist:
All pages 
Categories 
Disambiguation pages 
Redirects  

The request is for the first filtered out by the rest..    Thanks, Peter

Allpages only lists one namespace at a time, so excluding categories isn't necessary, since content pages are in the main namespace and categories are in the Category namespace.
