Some extensions only work when another extension has also been enabled. For this a feature which makes it is possible to add dependencies to the configuration of a supported extension would be required.

Examples: some uniwiki extensions require other uniwiki extensions, UserWelcome depends on SocialProfile extensions, there are a few more.

added support in r48343, you may need to add other dependencies.
