Please create a log for changes to CentralNotice (not the edits, which are in the page history etc, but enabling, scheduling etc).

This would make all of our lives so much easier. Definitely adding it as a to do.

Resolving as fixed for now. New shiny log system deployed! Currently logging all campaign changes/creations/deletions.
