Description Christopher (ChrisDHDR) 2009-01-11 13:17:10 UTC
I wanted to change my name on bugzilla to show my unified user name, however no matter what I typed into the "Your real name" box, all I got was "The username or password you entered is not valid.". I tried everything, all the characters I could think of, even plain characters are rejected.
Comment 1 Niklas Laxström 2009-01-11 13:22:11 UTC
You did not see the big note '''Please enter your existing password to confirm account changes.''' on that page?
Comment 2 Christopher (ChrisDHDR) 2009-01-12 20:00:21 UTC
Opps, didn't see that.
However, like everything, I can't be alone; so maybe there should be a different invalid page when the password is not entered or a little notice on the invalid page.
Comment 3 Siebrand Mazeland 2009-02-10 01:18:16 UTC
Closed as wontfix/invalid, because the upstream keyword requirement was not honoured "Marker for bugs waiting on fix from upstream software vendor. Bugs marked this way *should* include a link to the upstream bug report!").

Note You need to log in before you can comment on or make changes to this bug.
