LATER until the localized wiki settings (project namespace translation, etc) are ready.

Hoi,
there is no reason to wait for "later" when the Pontic decide on the synonyms for their Wiki settings, it will just work as well as it will work now that there is no such settings yet.

Please create the Pontic Wikipedia, which has been approved by the Language subcommittee. The localization files are ready and added.

Getting this on Rob's todo list. :) Language code is already in languages/Names.php so should be straightforward.
