Description David Multer 2009-01-09 18:29:21 UTC
Currently the Recent Changes feed includes an XML element (dc:creator) specifying the creator/user that made each change. This is excellent and shows in Safari, but fails to display in Firefox, Apple Mail, and possibly others. I realize this might be an issue in these RSS implementations, but the bottom line is that many people viewing these feeds will not be able to see a critical bit of information, namely the person that made the change.

Maybe it should also be shown in the body of the change entry. It also appears that the comments link to the Talk page also is not displayed in these applications.

Just figured out how to view the author in Apple Mail, turn on the Author column. So it appears that only Firefox lacks the ability to display the author.
