FlaggedRevs' talk page patrolling behaves irregular. Either not all patrollings are logged at [[als:Special:Log/patrol]]/[[de:wikt:Special:Log/patrol]] or not all (IP-)edits are marked with an red exclamation mark (&rcid)! Example: http://als.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Jesus_with_erection&action=history The last edit there was made by an newbie IP. The page isn't shown with any mark (rcid) in RecentChanges/watchlists. But nobody seems to have patrolled that talk page, see http://als.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spezial:Logbuech/patrol I think the log is failing for some users and?or sporadically; see bug 16375#c4 Also this edit: http://als.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Kleines_Wiesental&diff=177991 did not produce a patrol log entry.
New page patrol ($wgUseNPPatrol) is on at all projects. FlaggedRevs still has *new* non-reviewable page edits start of with ! marks, but not others.

I have tested this with [[de:wikt:Verzeichnis:Fliegersprache]]: http://de.wiktionary.org/w/index.php?title=Spezial:Letzte_%C3%84nderungen&namespace=102 Edit of 84.167.210.122 has been patrolled (even logged: [[wikt:de:Spezial:Logbuch/patrol]] ;-) and the page edited afterwards by another IP. Now only the rev of 87.173.222.125 is marked. So either comment #2 is wrong here, or I just did understand you wrong! Actually this bug is about irregularities, as it doesn't work for [[als:Talk:Jesus_with_erection]] and [[als:Talk:Kleines_Wiesental]] (*log fails*) but does for [[wikt:de:Verzeichnis:Fliegersprache]].

So what is this bug about? Logging? Revs not getting patrolled? http://noc.wikimedia.org/conf/highlight.php?file=InitialiseSettings.php $wgUseRCPatrol seems to be on at these wikis, which overrides $wgUseNPPatrol.
Talk oddities should be fixed in r45506. No talk pages counted as patrollable, so execution went down the new page code paths...
