I'm unable to reproduce this on my test environment, which does not use pretty urls, if that matters.

Excpected result:
No notice is shown.

Was triggered by a google web crawler, no idea where it got it from. It also requested url /wiki/User:%C3%81%C6%92%E2%80%99%C3%A1%C6%92%CB%9C%C3%A1%C6%92%C3%A1%C6%92%C2%A0%C3%A1%C6%92%E2%80%99%C3%A1%C6%92%259 soon after.
