If a user has a unified account, when another account gets attached to that one, the user's interface language setting for that account should be set to the same language as their home wiki.

(Possibly other settings as well, such as time zone, could be copied, but language is the one that sprang to mind when I was auto-logged-in on a squiggly-script project for the first time.)
