Description Mike.lifeguard 2008-12-28 05:55:22 UTC Per bug 16484 comment 5, please make the user rights singular, and lower-case. I can't recall why that was changed, but it's generally regarded as an annoyance, and sysops on multiple wikis have changed their system messages to undo this.
