In r44780 the 'what links here' link was removed from the quickbar which has apparently irked some users. It's been there for years, I believe, and while it probably is redundant, I see no reason to simply remove it if it makes life easier for the few who use the Standard skin.

Bug filed on behalf of Dragonfly6-7 and assigned to Aaron as he was the one who made the change.
