With proper ranking in place I think it would be good to include Category in default search on ALL wikis. 

I imagine this would normally need consensus of all wikis, but since the change is not large and potentially quite beneficial, I propose to skip the lengthy discussions and just enable it.

I think that this should really be discussed on-wiki first. Please come back when you've found consensus for such a change.
