Description Radon210 2008-11-29 22:55:16 UTC The title pretty much says it all, there should be a special page that lists all users with global rights and what global rights they have. It should probably be similar to Special:ListUsers except it should only list users that are members of at least 1 global group Comment 1 Charles Melbye 2008-11-29 23:09:25 UTC Can't Special:ListUsers just be made to use User:getEffectiveGroups rather than getting them right out of the database?
