Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Well, it would be great to have SUL available really for /all/ public WMF projects :-)

2006 and 2007 are marked as fishbowls like wikimediafoundation is[1].

Well, foundationwiki doesn't have Special:MergeAccount either. I think it's disabled on fishbowl and private wikis for security reasons. *looks* Yeah, see these lines in InitialiseSettings.php:

'wmgUseCentralAuth' => array(
    'default' => true,
    'testwiki' => true,
    'private' => false,
    'fishbowl' => false,
    #'closed' => false,

thanks for the comments, but why are some of the older Wikimania wikis (2006, 2007) marked as fishbowls, and others (2005, 2008, 2009) are not? sort of inconsistency, hm? they still get edits e.g. for better documentation or link fixes to external sources from time to time (very few, though), so I guess wikimania2006wiki and wikimania2007wiki shouldn't be marked as fishbowls at all …
