We receive readers complaints about stale data in cashed special pages that are not updated, in part, since years. They suggest to unlist them. So do I. Whether or not such pages are to be kept *could* imho be an option left to each wikis admins, since they can tell best, how useful, and up-to-date, these pages are. If that's not feasible, I suggest to automatically unlist everything older than, between a week, and a month, depending on average wiki activity.
It doesn't seem a good idea to make the special pages listing dynamic, it's more usuful to file individual bugs to get them updated or completely removed if unneded.
