In order to fix some title conversion problems on Chinese Wikipedia, Chinese Wikipedians now have achieved an agreement to set the global variable "$wgRestrictDisplayTitle" to "false". wgRestrictDisplayTitle has now been set to false on zhwiki and pushed live to the cluster.
