ExtensionDistributor currently does not support downloading of extensions that are no longer in trunk. This is for example the case with extensions Desysop, Userip, SubpageList, LuceneSearch, AutomaticGroups that had a purpose in earlier versions, but no purpose in the current development version.
This problem still exists. I am wondering when this will get fixed or some-one changes the status to WONTFIX
