I had a property with an allowed value that had an ampersand in it (Mansion & Garden). When editing a page that already had that property set, the form ignored the property, treating it as if it wasn't set and leaving the field blank after saving.

You got your bug report in just under the gun - fixed in version 1.3.6.

I actually updated from SVN right before submitting the report. I think I'm still having the issue.
