For example, suppose I'm editing page "A", and want to reference something that was already defined in page "B".

==Page A==
blah blah <ref "b:foo"/>

And on Page B:
==Page B==
Blah blah <ref name="foo">This is foo ref</ref>

Wouldn't this really require something like the system described in bug 6535?
