Per bug 15754 comment 3, please update the schema used for page protection such that it is possible to mark the "new" protection resulting when someone moves a page as having been protected by the administrator who protected the "old" page.

The current solution is incorrect and highly misleading/confusing, as users without sysop are being listed in the protection log (though with a different entry). If they don't have the protect right then they've not protected anything!

This should instead be logged as autoblocks are - attributed to the last admin who protected the page.
