Due to the translation having more characters than the original text in English, Special:Collection layout is broken in pt and fr: the contentsfield is displayed at the bottom of the page, leaving a big blank space at the form: http://pt.wikibooks.org/wiki/Especial:Collection?uselang=pt http://fr.wikibooks.org/wiki/special:Collection?uselang=fr http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Special:Collection?uselang=en
Ooops, I've forgotten to mention this: this bug can be reproduced using pt or fr at the uselang on any wiki if your screen resolution is 1024x768
Works for me in all languages you mention. Only thing I see is that French needs a non-breaking space for its field titles. I'll fix that in translatewiki.net. Will attach screenshots.

(In reply to comment #2) > Works for me in all languages you mention. It's weird :S I've uploaded also a screenshoot using the full screen mode @ Firefox 3.0.3

Need to mention that I made the screenshots with FireFox 2.0.0.17. I just checked in IE7. That shows the same behaviour as your FireFox 3. I added a screenshot with FireFox 2.0.0.17 'really low width'. There the fields just mess up the right colomn. Guess the developer now has enough material to work on a fix :)
This works fine for me with Firefox 3.0.5 (Linux) and the IE NetRenderer Service (IE6/IE8). Has this been fixed meanwhile?
Yep, this has been fixed since the layout of Special:Collection has changed a bit
