UniversalEditButton and RenderHash extensions were merged in core, but they're still loaded from CommonSettings.php for UniversalEditButton and secure.php for RenderHash.
The result is that there're duplicate <link> for UniversalEditButton and two times ':https=1' in the parser cache hash key at secure.wikimedia.org.

The UniversalEditButton has been disabled on WMF wikis.

RenderHash is still active.

Removed RenderHash.
