Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

I would like a feature in mediawiki that would remind me of any interaction I ever had with a specific username.

The tool would probably be a special page which would do the following:

* check my and the other user's talk pages to note any edits by me or the other user and give me links to these edit diffs.
* check the page histories of all the pages I have ever edited and all the pages the other user has ever edited to give me links to diffs of pages where both me and the other user edited the same text, the same section, and so on, or to find out reverts and undos.
* check all talk pages in any namespace that I and the other user have ever edited to give links to diffs where both usernames appear under the same section
* remind me whether that user has ever send me email through mediawiki's interface, with date and time, or whether I have ever sent mail to that user
* any other possible user interaction information that could be useful

The tool would be useful for reminding me whether I know a user (that I have obviously forgot about) and how we had interacted in the past.

possibly it could be expanded to search in the mailing list archives as well.
