When new comment is added to such revision, it should be notified on Recentchanges.

I don't know though, whether some kind of "regular" line or log-type is better.

Not sure I like this, we already have Special:Code/MediaWiki/comments anyway.

Ah, I didn't know about that feature.

After deep exploration I found it on select repository page. I guess it should be linked from other pages as well then, because I didn't notice such feature and I guess other users mostly won't too. But that would be probably for opening new bug.

However, still not sure, if it's good way to push user to use two pages instead of one.

I'd maybe suggest preference option like "show code review comments" with default = false, so user can _decide_ whether he wants or not to see them on RC page.

Maybe RC could also contain show/hide code review comments link such as show/hide bots, my edits etc. are...

Best to just link the above page more prominently rather than mixing with wiki edits.
