I just installed centralauth. I also got this message near the top. "Warning: array_map()[function.array-map]: An error occurred while invoking the map callback in /var/www/techwiki/metawiki/extensions/CentralAuth/SpecialMergeAccount.php on line 396"

You need to set up $wgConf with details of all your wikis. See http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgConf for further details.
