This might be a problem with the parent classes here, but on the comments listing page (and authors, and revisions...), when using the "show X items per page" box, we get an extra &title= tacked on the end of the URL.

On wikis without short URLs enabled, this causes limit forms to redirect to the Main Page, badly breaking, eg, the trunk version of [[Special:AllPages]]. $url needs to be redefined to create a link to the main script entry point, with ?title= built on, rather than using $this->getTitle()->escapeLocalURL();
